Delivery and Returns
SIA Shan Tеa provides access to the www.shantea.com website (the “website”) and sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page. Our aim is to provide the very best customer service that we can.
DESPATCH Goods should be despatched within three business days of ordering using "Latvijas Pasts". If an item is out of stock and we are unable to despatch within five business days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order.
Delivery times and estimates are subject to receipt of an order before the daily cut-off point. All goods purchased by you will be delivered within 30 calendar days of our order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for some reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
VERY IMPORTANT Items must be returned in the original packaging, with original labels. We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to purchase. Returned items must be still originally sealed and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged.
HOW TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS: 1 – CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE Contact our customer service at the below email and remember to specify the name, surname and date of purchase email@example.com. Our team will be back in touch with further instructions.
2 – PREPARE THE GOODS AND THE BOX Prepare the BOX with the items that you wish to return. PRINT the pre-filled RETURN FORM that you received via email from our Customer Services and insert it in the BOX together with the goods. Please print and attach the below return address to the box: SIA Shan Tea, Antonijas iela 10, Riga, LV-1010.
3 – SHIPPING Once you are ready (items new and unused condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels, box is closed and correctly labelled with the return address and the RETURN FORM printed and placed inside the box).
VERY IMPORTANT We do not pay for a shipping charges. Returned items must be in a new and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged. We reserve the right to keep the used or damaged items and their value.
4 – REFUND When all the above conditions have been fulfilled, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of goods returned. (Please note that we cannot return you the shipping cost of your order). The refund will be processed after the returned item has passed our quality control check. Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit card (or PayPal account) used for the original purchase. The refund process can take 10-14 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment.
